2020 Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives!

Kelly Robinson and friends of Moffett Properties excitedly provided support at both the 2020 Thanksgiving and Christmas food drives! While Buz’s friends, John Bacalso and JC Caderao jokingly said they’d rather be fishing with Buz on his boat, the “Kahana Kruiser ” they instead happily donated hours of their time at these events. Both were organized and funded by the County of Maui. Chris Salem, the West Maui Community Liaison for the Office of the Mayor put together an amazing team of volunteers and support staff from the Parks & Recreation Department. Full-size containers brought hundreds of turkeys for Thanksgiving and locally grown Maui Cattle hamburger for Christmas. Volunteers assembled bags of dry goods, locally grown produce along with the protein. 1,100 families in need on Maui were provided food for the Holidays. A wonderful opportunity to give back and support our local community.
