Vacation rental ownership on Maui requires more than just the right property. It involves understanding the market, guest expectations, and the ongoing realities of managing a home on island.

My husband and I grew up in West Maui and live nearby, in Kahana and purchased Kaanapali Shores 318 in 2019 with the goal of providing an amazing experience! Our second vacation rental, Kahana Villa F507 was purchased in 2022. A combined 55 years of experience in hospitality, we are confident our expertise will ensure the best time on Maui!

Providing a clean unit with everything in working order and a desire to share local knowledge are the ultimate goals!
